Hoshino Namiko was the fourth Star Senshi to appear.
She is a little cold to people she doesn't know, but a gentle
person. With water-based powers, she proves to be a formidable
foe in battles. Her ability of Silent Tsunami makes her quite
possibly one of the most focused and therefore dangerous of the
Star Senshi, who never makes a mistake.
