Hoshino Toshi was the fifth Star Senshi to
appear. She is somewhat quiet and a very gentle person. Unlike
most of the senshi, she doesn't like fighting, so she analyzes
situations to end the battle in the quickest way possible.
She has the power of dreams and nightmares, meaning that she
can find the best and worst in people easily. This comes in
handy as she can unleash dormant powers in senshi as well
as pinpoint the weakest point of the enemies.
