•Tenou Haruka•

Tenou Haruka (Heavenly Ruler) became Sailor
Uranus after meeting Michiru, who revealed herself to be
Sailor Neptune. Haruka is very boyish and most of the inner
senshi fell for 'him' when they first met 'him' (with the
acception of Ami). Makoto also looks up to Haruka a great
deal due to her insecurity from being so unfeminine (fighting,
tall, strong). Like Michiru, Haruka is quite nice to the
inner senshi, especially Usagi, but is very cruel and mean
as Sailor Uranus, believing them to be weak and useless.
