Meiou Setsuna (A Moment in Time) has been
Sailor Pluto for eternity, having never been reborn. She
is the lone guardian of the time gate, who first appears
to aide the inner senshi in rescuing Chibiusa from a dream
monster. She also knew (knows/will know, these time-travel
tenses are confusing!!!) Chibiusa/Small Lady in Crystal
Tokyo, who reffers to her as "Puu" and can communicate
with her through her levatating ball. Setsuna, unlike the
other outer senshi, is very patient and often helps by explaining
situations to the inner senshi and aiding them in battle.
