Chibichibi (Little; long-lasting or enduring)
is a mysterious young girl who appears soon after the Sailor
Starlights. She is a sweet child who stays with Usagi's
family (her family think's that she's Usagi's sister) and
who only says "chibi chibi" and repeats what other
people say. Despite her strange appearance and lack of a
vocabulary, she is not only Sailor Chibichibi(moon), but
also...

...Galaxia's star seed and the light of
hope in the galaxy. In addition to leading the senshi to
Sailor Kakyuu, she gives Sailor Moon new power to fight
Sailor Galaxia and eventually turns herself into a sword
that Princess Serenity uses to fight Galaxia. The sword,
however, is destroyed by Galaxia and Chibichibi is killed.

...A form of Sailor Cosmos (a future form
of Sailor Moon) who travelled back in time to help Usagi
through the fighting and loneliness. Sailor Cosmos sent
herself back in hope that, with the support from Chibichibi,
Sailor Moon would have the strength to defeat Chaos (who
took over Galaxia).
